The 2013 Baking Industry Awards took place at the Park Lane Hilton, London on Wednesday 11th September. The glitzy evening celebrated the best in the business as the 2013 winners were announced by awards host and TV personality Myleene Klass.

Terry named 'Best in Show' at Cake International London 2012

Not only did Terry win a Gold Award, but he was also awarded 'Best in Category' for his decorative exhibit entry.
Terry was then given the prestigious award of 'Best in Show' beating over 250 other entries from competitors all around the world.

'greatest little britons'

We were approached by Superhero TV on behalf of Sky One and were asked to take part in a new show about the world of competitive cake decorating. The TV company were specifically looking for people who would be likely to win so it was a great compliment to even be asked! When they heard about both Terry and his daughter Leanne's skills they were incredibly keen to start filming.

Leanne Wins Gold Award & Best in Category
at Cake International 2012

Leanne was awarded a Gold Award for her entry in the Shoes & Handbag category at Cake International London 2012.

As this was only her 2nd competition of this level, she was thrilled to also be awarded 'Best in Category' for her cake.

Winners of the Live Cake Decorating Challenge at the Bakers Fair 2011

Terry & Leanne won the Live Cake Decorating Challenge at the Autumn Bakers Fair, winning The President's Challenge Cup 2011.
The 8 teams were given just 15 minutes to decide what they were going to make, then had just 2 and a half hours to decorate a cake from start to finish!
